An ancient mill on the Arno dating back to the 13th century and still intact in its charm. It is completely surrounded by nature and located in the vicinity of a small village offering a bar, a newsstand, some shops and a restaurant. The center of Florence lies less than 5 Km away and can be easily reached by car, by bus or by a bicycle path running along the riverside. There are ample and well-equipped outdoor spaces (the garden and the terrace give onto the river). Breakfast is offered in a veranda. The bedrooms, baths and a separate hall occupy a wing that is completely reserved to guests. In a finely restored setting, the bedrooms are furnished with antiques and are provided with satellite-dish television. A refrigerator is available. Private parking and possibility of bikes chartering. The B&B is immersed in the landscape of green hills that form the valley of the river. It is a veritable small oasis of tranquillity. From here one can easily visit the entire artistic wealth and heritage of the city thanks to the excellent connections (by bus, bicycle or car) or dedicate one’s time to exploring the environs of Florence, avoiding city traffic. The bus stop is located only 200 meters from the B&B. This bus line (14A) with frequent runs crosses the entire historical center, reaches the Trade Fair and Exposition Center and ends at the Main Hospital.

Le centre de Florence est distant à moins de 5 Km et est facilement accessible en auto, en autobus ou en bicyclette pour une piste cyclable le long de la rivière. Les chambres, les bains et une salle indépendante occupent une aile complètement réservée aux hôtes. Dans un décor ambiant restructuré avec attention et meublé avec soin avec des meubles d’époque, les chambres sont douées de réfrigérateur et de télévision avec antenne satellitaire. Des vastes espaces extérieurs équipés (jardin et terrasse montrent directement sur la rivière). Petits déjeuner en véranda. Parking privé et possibilité de location de bicyclettes. Le B&B est plongé dans le paysage des vertes collines qui forment la vallée du fleuve, dans une petite oasis de tranquillité. Il permet de visiter avec beaucoup de facilité tout le patrimoine artistique de la ville grâce aux liaisons extrêmement confortables, ou bien de dédier son temps à la découverte des alentours de Florence, sans devoir subir le trafic citadin. Un autobus (très fréquent) avec arrêtée à 200 Mt du B&B traverse le centre historique de Florence, long centre d’exposition, jusqu’à rejoindre du pole hospitalier.
